این ویلا در محیطی شهرکی از حومه شهر مشهد و در روستای چهارفصل واقع شده است که تا حرم امام رضا حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد، و تا ورودی شهر مشهد حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و با حدود 9 پله در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب دارای حمام و تراس واقع شده است. یک حمام و سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط وجود دارد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، نگهبانی 24 ساعته در شهرک حضور دارد.
توجه داشته باشید که آب مصرفی ویلا از طریق منبع تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
