This traditional villa, featuring two master bedrooms, a spacious courtyard, and a jacuzzi, is located in Nagharji Mahalleh village, approximately 4 kilometers from Sari city.
The villa's design consists of three separate rooms: one room serves as a reception hall with a refrigerator, traditional bed, split air conditioner, heater, and an Iranian toilet with a bathroom; another room has a hotel-style refrigerator, sink, TV, heater, and an Iranian toilet with a bathroom; and the second bedroom includes a heater and an Iranian toilet with a bathroom.
The kitchen is situated in an outdoor, covered space between these rooms. Please note that access to the rooms is only possible from the front porch area, and they do not connect internally.
The courtyard is enclosed by walls on three sides and by bamboo on one side. For added security, the entrance gate and courtyard entrance are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Guests can purchase their daily necessities from the supermarket and bakery located approximately 800 meters away.
