اجاره ویلا استخردار در چهارباغ - اغلان تپه
این ویلا دو خوابه با استخر سرپوشیده آبگرم و حیاط در محیطی شهرکی و در روستای اغلان تپه واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 20 کیلومتر و با کرج حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد. ویلا دارای میز بیلیارد و حیاط نیز مجهز به آلاچیق و میز و صندلی می باشد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، شهرک دارای واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته می باشد، همچنین دوربین مداربسته به کوچه اشراف دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه عالی و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g است.
