این ویلا که دارای دو اتاق خواب می باشد در روستای سنگ وارث واقع شده است. ویلا با شهر هچیرود حدود 4 کیلومتر و با ساحل دریا حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا با ورودی مجزا در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد. وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، آلاچیق و میز فوتبال دستی و حیاط محوطه سازی شده فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی و سرگرمی مهمان ها فراهم نموده است.
ویلا با دسترسی حدود 4 پله به گونه ای طراحی شده که شامل استخر سرپوشیده، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان با ورودی مجزا در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد.
