This suite, with a lush green courtyard, is located in the village of Khalsha Chahar Deh, approximately 18 km from Astaneh-ye Ashrafiyeh and about 25 km from Rasht.
The unit is situated on the ground floor of a two-story, two-unit building. Its interior space is designed to include a living room, kitchen, and an Iranian-style bathroom with a shower. Please note that the suite does not have a separate bedroom.
The courtyard area is enclosed by a fence on all four sides, and the caretaker resides within the same compound. For enhanced security, the entrance gate and courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
It is important to note that the courtyard area is shared with guests staying on the lower floor.
