این سوئیت بدون اتاق خواب با تراسی دلباز و حیاطی دلنشین در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در روستای شموشک سفلی و با فاصله حدود 20 کیلومتری از شهر گرگان واقع شده است.
اطراف محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور است و میزبان نیز در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط نیز به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می گردد.
جهت تهیه مایحتاج ضروری دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری از خانه امکان پذیر است.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 100 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
