این اتاق 24 متری با محوطه ای دلباز در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه 7 واحدی و با فاصله حدود 250 متری از مسجد نصیرالملک در شهر شیراز واقع شده است.
این اتاق دارای یک تخت دو نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، بخاری گازی، کولر آبی و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است ولی مهمانان می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک مجموعه استفاده نمایند.
