این ویلا دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در روستای شنده از توابع کوهسار با فاصه حدود 10 کیلومتر از کردان و حدود 35 کیلومتری از کرج واقع شده است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر، فوتبالدستی و حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
گفتنی است آب لوله کشی منطقه کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را ندارد لذا توصیه می شود با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشید، همچنین تنها حمام این ویلا در اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
