این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است در منطقه ایقر بلاغ واقع شده است که حدود 16 کیلومتر با کردان و حدود 50 کیلومتر با ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
ویلا دارای امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی، میز بیلیارد، سیستم صوتی، آلاچیق و آتشدان، تاب دو نفره، دو عدد صندلی آفتابگیر و حیاطی دلباز می باشد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، لازم به ذکر است تنها حمام این ویلا در اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد.
