این خانه مبله سه خوابه در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان 3 طبقه و پنج واحدی آسانسوردار واقع شده که با شهر قشم حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
خانه دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب(یکخواب با حمام)، یک سرویس ایرانی با حمام و یک سرویس فرنگی با حمام می باشد.
میزبان در طبقه سوم ساختمان سکونت دارد که راهرو و پارکینگ به صورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و مشاعات مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند. سوخت مصرفی هم از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می گردد.
