این خانه ویلایی یکخوابه با حیاطی دلباز در روستای توریستی سقالکسار واقع شده که با سد خاکی حدود یک کیلومتر و با شهر رشت حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ایست که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی، حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
آب مصرفی اقامتگاه از طریق چاه تامین می گردد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی جهت آشامیدن به همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 50 متری از خانه استفاده نمایند.
