این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه در مجاور رودخانه روستای لاکتاشون در جاده اسالم واقع شده است که حدود 13 کیلومتر با شهر اسالم فاصله دارد.
خانه به گونه ای ساخته شده که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام و سرویس فرنگی می باشد و تنها سرویس ایرانی خانه در پاگرد ورودی در دسترس است.
