این ویلا دوبلکس سه خوابه مستر با استخر، میز فوتبال دستی، آلاچیق و حیاطی دلباز در روستای کچانک واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 3 کیلومتر و با شهر تنکابن حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر (دارای سرویس فرنگی با حمام)، و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا فضای نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب مستر (دارای سرویس فرنگی با حمام) و یک تراس دلباز تعبیه شده است، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام های موجود در ویلا در اتاق خواب های مستر قرار دارند.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
گفتنی است نگهبان در مواقعی در اتاقک نگهبانی موجود در کوچه مستقر است.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 500 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 1.5 کیلومتری از ویلا در دسترس است.
