این ویلای سه خوابه به همراه بالکن و حیاطی دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوا و جنگلی اسکولک از توابع رستم آباد واقع شده است که حدود 35 کیلومتر با شهر های رودبار و رشت فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می باشد، در طبقه بالا سالن نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام و بالکن قرار دارد و با در طبقه سوم به پشت بام دلباز دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
