این ویلا دو خوابه مستر دارای حیاط دلباز در روستای اغلان تپه واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 20 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 45 کیلومتر فاصله دارد. ویلا مجهز به میز فوتبال دستی و تاپ 2 نفره بوده و در ایوان نیز صندلی باغی و میز اتش قرار دارد.
ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق مستر، سرویس ایرانی می باشد. یک سرویس ایرانی هم در حیاط تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط دلباز با دیوار محصور می باشد و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک متری استفاده نمایند. آنتن دهی تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
