این خانه دوبلکس با تراسی دلباز در طبقه سوم و چهارم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه دو واحدی در روستای حاجی کلا واقع شده است که با سوادکوه حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی خانه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 38 پله در طبقه سوم دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، بالکن و سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه چهارم یک اتاق خواب مستر (دارای سرویس فرنگی با حمام) و تراسی دلباز تعبیه شده است، لازم به ذکر است این واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین تنها حمام خانه در اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد.
محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده است و نماینده میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است واحد طبقه پایین به صورت نیمه ساز می باشد که در زمان حضور مهمان عملیات ساختمانی در آن صورت نمی گیرد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری از ساختمان در دسترس است.
