این خانه دو خوابه در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی که از یک طرف با دسترسی حدود 10 پله و از طرف دیگر با دسترسی یک پله در باغ بهادران واقع شده است. خانه دارای وان جکوزی و تراسی دلباز می باشد.
اطراف محوطه ساختمان با دیوار محصور و دروازه ورودی و راه پله مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد و میزبان نیز در واحد مجاور سکونت دارد، همچنین طبقه پایین ساختمان به صورت تجاری استفاده می گردد و لازم به ذکر است که دروازه ورودی و راه پله ساختمان به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می گردد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری اقامتگاه استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
این منطقه در نزدیکی رودخانه زاینده‌رود قرار دارد و با طبیعتی زیبا و آب‌ و هوایی دلپذیر هر ساله گردشگران زیادی را به خود جذب می کند.
