این ویلای دو خوابه با استخر روباز و حیاطی دلباز در جاده سهیلیه و در نزدیکی روستای سنقرآباد از منطقه چهارباغ واقع شده که تا شهر کرج حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، همچنین تنها حمام این ویلا در یک اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا از چهارطرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در ورودی کوچه مستقر است.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه از طریق منبع 2000 لیتری تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
همچنین کیفیت خطوط شبکه برای تلفن همراه در مکالمه خوب و پوشش اینترنت در ایرانسل و همراه اول به صورت 4g می باشد.
