This 40-square-meter suite, featuring one bedroom, is located on the roadside of Ni village, approximately 6 kilometers from the city center of Marivan. This unit is situated on the second floor of a three-story, four-unit building.
The suite is accessible by climbing about 16 steps from the backyard. Its design includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with both Iranian and Western-style facilities.
The area around the unit is enclosed by a wall, and the host resides on the second floor. There is also a restaurant located on the ground floor. The entrance gate and courtyard are shared with the host and the restaurant. For enhanced security, the courtyard and entrance gate are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Please note that the household water is supplied from a well and is not of sufficient quality for drinking. Therefore, esteemed guests are advised to bring bottled water for consumption.
Guests can purchase their daily necessities from a supermarket and bakery located approximately 500 meters from the villa.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is available via 4G.
