این ویلا دو خوابه در منطقه ملک آباد واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 19 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 43 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود حیاط محوطه سازی شده، استخر سرپوشیده، حیاط محوطه سازی شده و باربیکیو شرایط مناسبی را برای مهمانان فراهم کرده است.
ورودی استخر نیز از حیاط است که تا ورودی ویلا حدود 10 متر فاصله دارد، ضمنا تنها حمام ویلا در یک اتاق تعبیه شده است.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته به محوطه اشراف دارد.
