Villa with Pool in Kujur - Naserabad

This two-bedroom villa, one of which is a master bedroom, is located in the pleasant village of Naserabad, a sub-district of Kujur, approximately 50 km from Nowshahr.
The unit is situated on a road slope and on the ground floor of a two-story, two-unit building. After climbing about 20 steps from the courtyard entrance, it features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with Iranian and Western facilities. It is worth noting that the pool overlooks the second-floor terrace.
The area around the villa is enclosed by a wall, and the host occasionally resides on the second floor. For added security, the entrance gate and courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Please note that the accommodation lacks city gas piping, and its fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
Guests can use the supermarket and bakery located approximately 2 km from the villa for their daily needs.
The mobile network coverage quality for both Hamrah-e Avval and Irancell operators is good for calls, but internet access is weak.
The access road is a mountainous, asphalted road with sharp turns and gentle slopes, requiring a vehicle in good technical condition. Dense fog is a common phenomenon on this road, limiting visibility. Careful driving and the use of fog lights are essential, and it is preferable to plan your journey to arrive during daylight hours.
