این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه با چشم انداز جنگلی و در جوار رودخانه در روستای گردشگری گیسوم واقع شده است و با شهر اسالم حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه با فنس و سیم خاردار محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین محوطه حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان قابل استفاده است.
