این ویلا یکخوابه در چهارباغ واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این ویلا با استخر روباز، میز فوتبال دستی و حیاط درخت کاری شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمان ها فراهم کرده است.
