Swiss Chalet in Mahmudabad

This Swiss chalet is located on the Mahmudabad to Noor road, approximately 4 km from Mahmudabad city and the beach. This unit is situated alongside three other chalets in a 4-unit complex. The chalet's design features a living room, kitchen, Iranian-style toilet with a Western toilet, and a bathroom on the first floor, while the upper mezzanine floor has a sleeping area with a double bed. Please note that the jacuzzi tub in the accommodation is non-functional. For guests' greater comfort, a gazebo and a fire pit are provided in the chalet's courtyard. At the entrance and in the common areas of the complex, there is a double swing and a gazebo available for guests' use. The complex grounds are enclosed by walls on all four sides, and a 24-hour security guard is stationed at the entrance. Additionally, for enhanced security, the entrance gate and courtyard area are equipped with CCTV cameras. Furthermore, to maintain privacy, the courtyard area of each chalet is enclosed by a fence and vegetation. Dear guests can find a supermarket and bakery approximately 500 meters from the complex for their daily needs. The mobile network coverage quality for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G. It should be noted that approximately 15 meters of the path leading to the accommodation is an unpaved road, accessible by all types of vehicles.
