این ویلای دو خوابه با سیستم صوتی و حیاطی دلباز در روستای سائیج محله واقع شده است که با شهر آمل حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام (در اتاق خواب) و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد، لازم به ذکر است تنها حمام این ویلا در اتاق خواب تعبیه شده است.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و برای تامین امنیت بیشتر، دروازه ورودی، حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 400 متری در دسترس قرار دارد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
گفتنی است حدود 60 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با انواع خودرو می باشد.
آتشکده آمل، جنگل الیمستان، چشمه آبگرم رینه، آبشار برجی کلا، منطقه جنگلی واز و... از جاذبه های گردشگری آمل زیبا می باشد.
