این ویلا سه خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با استخر سرپوشیده در منطقه گیلار شهر بندرانزلی واقع شده که با ساحل دریا حدود 2 کیلومتر پیاده فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و ورودی استخر می باشد و در طبقه بالا سه اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و حمام با سرویس ایرانی قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g است.
لازم به ذکر است که حدود 50 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
