این سوئیت مجاور دو سوئیت دیگر و در یک خانه روستایی در شهر بندرگز واقع شده است.
سوئیت به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای یک اتاق، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، همچنین سوئیت مجهز به اسپیلت، تلویزیون، یخچال می باشد و در حیاط نیز یک سرویس ایرانی مشترک تعبیه شده است.
