این ویلا دو خوابه با حیاط دنج و دلباز در جزیره هرمز واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 500 متر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر حوضچه آب، سان دوش، تخت و صندلی آفتابگیر فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این اقامتگاه به گونه ای است که دارای حوضچه آب، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سان دوش می باشد.
اطارف حیاط با محوطه محصور شده است و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط مشرف به حوضچه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند. همچنین اقامتگاه فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت این سوئیت از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 3g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
