The unit features a double bed, a single bed, traditional bedding, a split air conditioner, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. Cooking facilities are not provided.
The surrounding area is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and the host is also present in the same complex. For added security, the entrance and premises are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Shared amenities of this complex include a spacious courtyard, a bathroom, an Iranian toilet in the yard, and attractive spaces for gatherings and evening events.
It should be noted that food service for lunch and dinner is available with prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
