این ویلا دو خوابه به همراه استخر در روستای لم آباد واقع شده است. ویلا با فاصله حدود 5 کیلومتری از ملارد و 35 کیلومتری از تهران قرار دارد.
ویلا دارای استخر سرپوشیده ، فوتبال دستی، سیستم صوتی و حیاطی دلباز که مجهز به آلاچیق و باربیکیو می باشد. گفتنی است ورودی استخر از اتاق خواب می باشد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف محصور می باشد و به منظور امنیت بیشتر دروازه ویلا به دوربین مداربسته مجهز شده است، همچنین سرایدار در محوطه حیاط ویلا مستقر است.
مهمانان گرامی جهت تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با فاصله حدود 500 متر امکان پذیر است.
