The tower is approximately 700 meters from Yakacık - Adnan Kahveci Metro Station, about one kilometer from M1 Kartal Shopping Center, and about three kilometers from East Marina Shopping Center. The unit is located in the Asian part of Istanbul, where you rent a private room from this unit, and the bathroom with a Western toilet and balcony are shared with the host who resides in this unit. Please note that the living room and kitchen are not available for guests, so the room does not have cooking facilities. Guests booking this room can enjoy free recreational and welfare services of the tower such as green spaces, outdoor swimming pools for children and adults, a children's playground, a tennis court, a basketball court, and shared parking.
