این ویلای دو خوابه در شهرک گلها واقع شده است که با ملارد حدود 8 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 26 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز فوتبال دستی، تخت سنتی و حیاط درختکاری شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 700 متر ممکن است.
