This two-story rural house with a spacious and green courtyard is located in the pleasant and mountainous village of Mian Raz, approximately 13 km from Fuman city center.
Situated in a mountainous and forested environment near a river, this house is designed such that the first floor features a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. Accessing the second floor via approximately 8 steps, you'll find two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony. Please note that the first floor has two rooms, one of which is locked and not accessible to guests. Also, this rural house does not have an Iranian-style toilet.
The courtyard is fenced on all four sides, and the host resides in the neighboring property.
Approximately 500 meters away, there is a livestock keeping area, and a friendly guard dog is present on the access path. Guests will have access to a bakery and supermarket in the city for their daily needs.
Irancell operator's call quality is good, and internet coverage is 4G, but Hamrah-e-Aval has weaker service quality.
It is important to note that after parking your car, you will need to walk approximately 30 meters uphill and up some stairs to reach the house's sloped and green courtyard. Free firewood is also provided by the host to guests.
Please be aware that approximately 700 meters of the road leading to the house is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles.
