This two-story rural house with a spacious and green courtyard is located in the pleasant and mountainous village of Mian Raz, approximately 13 km from Fuman city center.
Situated in a mountainous and forested environment near a river, this house is designed such that the first floor has a living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. Accessing the second floor via approximately 8 steps, you will find two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony. Please note that the first floor has two rooms, but one of them is locked and not accessible to guests. Also, this rural house does not have an Iranian-style toilet.
The courtyard is enclosed by a fence on all four sides.
There is a livestock keeping area about 500 meters away, and a friendly guard dog is present on the path leading to the property. Guests will have access to a bakery and supermarket in the city for their daily needs.
The Irancell operator's call quality is good, and internet coverage is 4G, but Hamrah-e-Aval has weaker service quality.
It is worth noting that after parking your car, you will need to walk approximately 20 meters uphill and up some steps to reach the sloped and green courtyard of the house. Free firewood is also provided to guests by the host.
Please note that about 700 meters of the road leading to the house is unpaved but accessible by all types of vehicles.
