خانه ویلایی یکخوابه در روستای پشتیر واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر تا شهر صومعه سرا فاصله دارد.
وجود میز و صندلی سنگی به همراه تاب دو نفره در حیاط دلباز این خانه، فضایی مناسب را جهت شب نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان گرامی فراهم نموده است.
این خانه که به صورت دو طبقه طراحی شده است در طبقه همکف دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی با حمام می باشد و طبقه دوم که دسترسی به آن با پیمودن حدود 10 پله از بیرون امکان پذیر است شامل نشیمن، یک اتاق خواب و بالکن می باشد.
حیاط این خانه ویلایی از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت نیز به صورت 4g است، همچنین اینترنت وای فای به صورت رایگان در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
