این ویلا دو خوابه به همراه محوطه دلباز در روستای خوش آب و هوای پل خواب واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر کرج حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
ویلا با دسترسی حدود 15 پله از حیاط دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
محوطه حیاط ویلا با دیوار محصور می باشد و نگهبان 24 ساعته در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
سوپرمارکت و رستوران در فاصله حدود 500 متری و نانوایی در فاصله حدود دو کیلومتری اقامتگاه واقع شده است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
