این ویلا تریبلکس دو خوابه در فاصله چند قدمی از دریا در منطقه پایین شیرود واقع شده است که تا شهر تنکابن حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر روباز، میز بیلیارد، کنسول ایکس باکس، تراس دلباز و حیاط محوطه سازی شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی این واحد به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف با دسترسی حدود 2 پله پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و سرویس ایرانی قرار دارد، در طبقه دوم دارای نشیمن، تراس، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه سوم نشیمن و بهار خواب واقع شده است.
