این ویلای دو خوابه جنگلی با طراحی دو طبقه در روستای رودبال منطقه سپیدان واقع شده است که تا شهر شیراز حدود 75 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
در حیاط محوطه سازی شده و دلباز ویلا یک وان جکوزی با میز و صندلی برای استفاده مهمانان تعبیه شده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه همکف دارای دو اتاق خواب با سرویس ایرانی و حمام می باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام قرار دارد. در نظر داشته باشید که برای دسترسی به طبقه بالا باید حدود 10 پله را از فضای بیرونی ساختمان طی نمایید.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار در همسایگی سکونت دارد، همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است ولی اپراتور ایرانسل از پوشش خدمات ضعیفی برخوردار است.
لازم به ذکر است حدود 200 متر از مسیر منتهی به ویلا بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
