این کلبه چوبی دو خوابه در منطقه روستایی رمج محله واقع شده که تا ساحل دریا و شهر شیرود حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد و تاب ریلکسی فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی و سرگرمی مهمان ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی ویلا با دسترسی حدود 3 پله در طبقه همکف دارای استخر سرپوشیده، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دارای دو اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
