The suite includes a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom without a door, and a Western-style toilet with a shower. In the complex's courtyard, there is also an Iranian-style toilet and a shower for guests' use.
The complex's perimeter is enclosed by a low wall on all four sides.
Another advantage of this accommodation is that, with prior coordination with the host and payment of a fee, you can experience boating in the Oman Sea and fishing with a rod. Additionally, Chabahar tours can be arranged with prior coordination and separate payment.
