این خانه مبله که دارای دو اتاق خواب می باشد در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه چهار واحدی در روستای بساتین واقع شده است که تا ساحل دریا حدود 1 کیلومتر و تا شهر عسلویه حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار کوتاه محصور شده است و میزبان در نزدیکی سکونت دارد، گفتنی است از آنجایی که در سایر طبقات ساختمان کسی حضور ندارد، این واحد به صورت دربست در اختیار مهمانان قرار می گیرد.
در نظر داشته باشید آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی جهت آشامیدن با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند، همچنین ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری می باشد و سوخت آن از طریق کپسول گاز مایع تامین می شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 500 متر ممکن است.
