این خانه ویلای دوخوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در فاصله حدود 4 کیلومتری از منطقه آزاد انزلی واقع شده است.
خانه به گونه ای ساخته شده که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و اتاق خواب می باشد و تنها حمام و سرویس فرنگی ویلا در اتاق مستر قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط خلوت این خانه ویلایی با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در نزدیکی ویلا سکونت دارد.
به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته مشرف به حیاط و کوچه می باشد.
