این ویلا دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است با حیاطی دلباز در روستای گنبدواز واقع شده است که با شهر مشهد حدود 20 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، آلاچیق، سیستم صوتی و حیاط دلباز فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
این واحد دارای استخر سرپوشیده با دسترسی از فضای داخلی، سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر)، سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته می باشد.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت برای اپراتور ایرانسل به صورت 4g و برای اپراتور همراه اول ضعیف می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 20 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
