این ویلا دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر می باشد در روستای رامجین واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 50 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، سیستم صوتی و حیاط محوطه کاری شده فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای استخر سرپوشیده، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس بهداشتی ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام این ویلا در اتاق مستر قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و کوچه دارای نگهبان 24 ساعته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب مورد نیاز این اقامتگاه از طریق منبع آب واقع در محوطه تامین می شود و لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 1 کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
با توجه به وجود تنها یک پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی می باشد.
