این خانه با صبحانه سرد رایگان در خط ساحلی شهر چالوس واقع شده است. واحد با حدود 15 پله دسترسی در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان سه طبقه و دو واحدی قرار دارد.
خانه به گونه ای ساخته شده که استخر در طبقه همکف ساختمان قرار دارد و ورودی استخر نیز از سمت پارکینگ می باشد.
اطراف حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده است، همچنین میزبان در طبقه بالا سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان در اختیار مهمانان است.
