این اتاق 14 متری در روستای مرزدشت از توابع خمام و با فاصله حدود 18 کیلومتری از شهر رشت واقع شده است.
این اتاق با دسترسی حدود 10 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه چهار واحدی، در مجاورت اتاق دیگر قرار گرفته است.
این اتاق دارای رخت خواب سنتی و اسپیلت می باشد، همچنین اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می باشد و حمام و سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط قرار دارد که به صورت مشترک با واحد دیگر استفاده می گردد.
این مجموعه دارای رستوران می باشد که بواسطه آن، سرو غذا در وعده صبحانه با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکانپذر است.
واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در مجموعه مستقر است و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته است.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 500 متری استفاده نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است که آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه غیر قابل آشامیدن می باشد لذا به مهمانان گرامی توصیه می شود که آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
