این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه با وان جکوزی در روستای شریف آباد از توابع شهر شیرود واقع شده است که با ساحل دریا حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات تفریحی و رفاهی این ویلا می توان میز بیلیارد و بالکن را نام برد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب، بالکن و سرویس فرنگی با حمام قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری از ویلا استفاده نمایند.
