این ویلا دو خوابه استخردار در روستای رامجین از توابع چهارباغ واقع شده است که با کردان حدود 15 کیلومتر و با ورودی تهران حدود 40 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر روباز، سیستم صوتی و حیاط دلباز مجهز به میز و صندلی جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره نمود، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید تنها حمام ویلا در اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه اطراف ویلا با دیوار محصور شده است و مهمانان گرامی می توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 800 متری ویلا استفاده نمایند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 100 متر منتهی به اقامتگاه به صورت خاکی می باشد که قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
