این ویلای سه خوابه با دو خواب مستر در جاده امامزاده واقع شده که با شهر ارومیه حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ایست که با 4 پله پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی و اتاق خواب ها در دسترس است ، همچنین لازم به ذکر است هر دو حمام این واحد در داخل اتاق خواب ها قرار دارد.
فضای ویلا با دیوار محصور شده و جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر محوطه مجهز به دوربین مدار بسته مشرف به حیاط و دروازه ورودی می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است قسمتی از محوطه حیاط نیمه ساز است و در زمان ورورد مهمان ساخت و سازی انجام نخواهد شد.
آب لوله کشی کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن را دارا نیست لذا توصیه می گردد مهمانان با خود آب معدنی به همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی می توانند مایحتاج روزانه خود را از سوپر مارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 100 متری اقامتگاه تهیه نمایند.
