این ویلا تریبلکس دو خوابه به همراه تراس و روف گاردن با چشم انداز کوه و جنگل در روستای زیارت واقع شده است که با گرگان حدود 17 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
از جمله امکانات رفاهی این ویلا می توان تاب ریلکسی، وان جکوزی، میز و صندلی باغی، باربیکیو و تراس دلباز در هر طبقه را نام برد.
با توجه به قرارگیری ساختمان در شیب جاده و پلکانی بودن حیاط، در نظر داشته باشید که برای دسترسی به ویلا باید حدود 20 پله را به سمت بالا طی نمایید.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه اول دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس فرنگی با حمام و وان جکوزی می باشد، در طبقه دوم سالن نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس ایرانی، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و تراس قرار دارد و در طبقه سوم یک سالن نشیمن با روف گاردن تعبیه شده است.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در محوطه حیاط سکونت دارد.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر حیاط و دروازه ورودی مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
