This 20-square-meter unit features two single beds, a refrigerator, a package unit, a split air conditioner, a TV, a hairdryer, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. It does not have cooking facilities.
Please note that it is not possible to place the beds together in this room.
Common facilities in this complex include a cozy courtyard adorned with a water basin, a traditional area, a coffee shop, parking, a game room (including a billiard table, foosball, and a massage chair), and an Iranian toilet.
The surrounding area is enclosed by a wall, and the complex has a 24-hour security guard. For added security, the area, entrance, parking, and common areas are equipped with CCTV cameras.
Dear guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately 50 to 200 meters away, for their daily needs.
The quality of mobile network lines for both Irancell and Hamrah Aval operators is good for calls, and internet coverage is 4G. Free Wi-Fi is also provided for guests.
